Editorial standards
The rules every record on this site follows.
- Cover a broad and defensible range of public figures selected by clear editorial criteria, not by a single commercial engagement or dispute.
- Use neutral page titles. Answer difficult questions directly without repeating inflammatory language more than necessary.
- Distinguish allegation, investigation, charge, conviction, civil judgment, settlement, appeal, acquittal and closure.
- Prefer primary records. Clearly label company statements, personal responses and third-party allegations.
- Publish the current status, source date and last-reviewed date on every sensitive page.
- Maintain visible ownership, editorial standards, corrections, privacy and contact pages.
- Do not impersonate independent institutions or hide material sponsorship and commercial relationships.
- Exclude home addresses, private contact data and other unnecessary personal information.
- Use photographs, documents and quotations only with appropriate rights and attribution.
Independence
This site is not a reputation-management service, a client rebuttal page or a campaign site. Its usefulness depends on broad coverage, careful documentation and evidence any reader can inspect.
