(which OFAC said he owns and manages and described as a front for Hemedti's business dealings) and Al Jil Al Qadem General Trading L.L.C. (which OFAC said he co-owns and co-manages), all in the UAE. Notes
The UK statement of reasons says there are reasonable grounds to suspect he, through his position in Capital Tap Holding LLC, is an involved person, and that Capital Tap and its subsidiaries played a significant role in supplying money and weapons to the RSF. The FCDO said it suspects he funded and sustained RSF operations from outside Sudan through real estate, gold and holding companies based in Dubai.
