Notes
The UK statement of reasons says there are reasonable grounds to suspect he, through his position in Capital Tap Holding LLC, is an involved person, and that Capital Tap and its subsidiaries played a significant role in supplying money and weapons to the RSF. The FCDO said it suspects he funded and sustained RSF operations from outside Sudan through real estate, gold and holding companies based in Dubai.
